Practice Closing
Dear Patients,
My optometry practice at 340 College Street, Suite 310, is closing permanently effecitve January 1, 2024.
However, I will continue to see patients at my uptown practice at The Kamel Eye Centre, located at:
220 Duncan Mill Road, Suite310,
North York, ON M3B 3J5
For those of you who would like to remain at the downtown location, your records will be transferred to Dr. Duc Le at the same office address at 340 College Street, Suite 310.
If you wish to continue seeing me at The Kamel Eye Centre, please contact us by telephone: (416) 596-8378 or by e-mail: info@dralbertli.com. Your records will be transferred, free of charge, until December 31, 2024.
